Come hear updates from the District of Columbia’s Department of Transportation followed by community Q&A, on the Connecticut Avenue Multimodal Safety Improvement Study.
The Cleveland Park Community Association (formerly the Cleveland Park Citizens Association) and ANC 3C’s Safe, Equitable, and Sustainable Transportation Committee are co-hosting this virtual community meeting with DDOT on Thursday, January 19th at 6:30. DDOT has been attending meetings for neighborhoods along the Avenue. This community meeting will provide an opportunity for our neighborhood to hear about the status of the project, and ask questions about elements and issues of interest and importance to us.
Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3C serves the neighborhoods of Cleveland Park, Massachusetts Heights, Woodland-Normanstone and Woodley Park. Your ANC is an independent DC government body of duly-elected Commissioners who advise the government on a range of significant policy issues. The law requires that the recommendations of the Commission on issues and concerns on pending actions by government entities shall be given great weight by those entities.
