Update on the Cleveland Park Service Lane

At the ANC3C May meeting, ANC3C voted to adopt “ANC3C 2023-011 a Resolution Regarding the ‘Service Lane’ along the East Side of the 3300-3400 block of Connecticut Avenue NW between Macomb and Ordway Streets NW”.  Today, ANC3C received a letter from the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) stating that “After a considerable review of the service lane, DDOT will maintain the closure and create a vibrant, livable space that works for all”.  DDOT will work with the Cleveland Park Streetscape and Drainage Project team lead to modify current designs and optimize pedestrian access.

DDOT will also implement 30-minute parking adjacent to the service lane on Connecticut Avenue NW.
