The February public meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Monday, February 5, beginning at 6:30pm online. All are welcome to hear the issues presented below. No decisions are made at this meeting. Please visit anc3c.org for updates prior to the meeting. • BZA Application: 3609 35th Street, NW 21072 – To construct a rear deck addition to an existing, attached, three-story, principal dwelling unit in the R-2 zone. (3-5 mins)
• Update on Wardman Redevelopment from Carmel Partners (5-10 mins presentation; 10-15 mins Q&A)
• Update on the Cleveland Park Promanade and Sidewalk Cafe plan from DDOT (20-25 mins)
• All Other Business
