The October public meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Monday, October 2nd, beginning at 6:30pm online. All are welcome to hear the issues presented below. No decisions are made at this meeting. Please visit anc3c.org for updates prior to the meeting. Draft Agenda –

• Discussion of Reinstallation of Trash Enclosure at 2616 Connecticut Avenue, NW – A potential grocer tenant for the former Ace Hardware retail space requires approval of use of Public Space on the 24th Street side of the building to meet trash storage requirements. Application has been filed with the DDOT Public Space Committee.
