The meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Tuesday, September 3rd, beginning at 6:30pm online. The Residential Historic Preservation Review (RHPR) Committee will meet directly following the conclusion of the PZHED meeting.

PZHED Draft Agenda –

• BZA Case No. 19606A – Modification of Significance to BZA Order No. 19606 – St. Albans School (3101 Wisconsin Ave., NW) – To increase the maximum permitted full-time equivalent faculty and staff from 145 to 160, serving a private school in the R-1B Zone.

RHPR Draft Agenda –

• HPRB Application 24-438: 3238 Rodman St, NW – proposed scope of work is a 3rd floor addition at the rear of the house along with some interior alteration on the ground and second level
• HPRB Application 24-435: 2621 Garfield Street, NW – Demo existing rear yard garage and building a new 2-storey ADU/Garage on same footprint.
• HPRB Application 24-439: 2944 Macomb Street NW – Install a temporary wheelchair lift at front stoop of residence for owner to have easier access to home.
