ANC3C Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development Committee

The meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Monday, September 8, beginning at 6:30pm online.

PZHED Draft Agenda –

• Discussion of HPRB & BZA application (Case 21387) for 3401 Lowell Street, NW – To construct a side addition, and a rear, two-story plus cellar addition, to an existing, detached, two-story plus cellar, principal dwelling unit in the R-1B zone.
• Discussion of ABCA application for Mikas Neapolitan Pizza – License Class: Retailer’s Class “C” Restaurant at 3000 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., #D – NATURE OF OPERATION: A Restaurant serving pizza, pasta, & steaks. Seating for 128 inside the premises. Summer Garden with seating for 40. Total Occupancy Load of the entire establishment is 168.
• Discussion of Pilot project with DDOT on streetside EV charging tentatively scheduled for 2745 Ordway St. NW. The space is governed by the Residential Parking Permit (RPP) program.
• Discussion of Text & Map Amendments to Create the Cleveland Park Neighborhood Mixed Use Zone [NMU-8A/CP] & New Woodley Park Neighborhood Mixed Use Zone [NMU-9A/WP]. Setdown approved at Zoning Commission June 26 meeting. Case 25-09. 
• All Other Business
