The meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Monday, October 6 beginning at 6:30pm online.

• Discussion of BZA application (Case 21387) for 3401 Lowell Street, NW – To construct a side addition, and a rear, two-story plus cellar addition, to an existing, detached, two-story plus cellar, principal dwelling unit in the R-1B zone.
• Discussion of BZA application (Case 21356) for 3112 Woodley Road NW- To construct a two-story with basement rear addition, to an existing, detached, two-story with basement, principal dwelling unit in the R-1B zone.
