The meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Monday, May 5, beginning at 6:30pm online.
All are welcome to hear the issues presented below. No decisions are made at this meeting. Please visit anc3c.org for updates prior to the meeting. PZHED Draft Agenda –
  • ABCA Application Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern –  3504 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. – Cork Cleveland Park – DKMA, LLC – NATURE OF OPERATION: The Establishment will be a Tavern with indoor seating for 35, a Sidewalk Cafe with seating for 8, and a Total Occupancy Load of 45. Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement.
  • ABCA Application Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern – 2621 Connecticut Avenue, N.W.  – Tavern Eighteen – Tavern 18 DC, LLC – NATURE OF OPERATION: New Class C Tavern with a seating capacity of 48 and a Total Occupancy Load of 48. Sidewalk Café with 30 Seats. The Licensee is also requesting the Alcohol Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement, Holiday Extension of Hours Endorsement, and an Entertainment Endorsement to provide Live Entertainment and Dancing inside of the premises.
  • HPRB Application (not yet filed) – 3409 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. Proposal for a 1-story, mixed use addition to an existing retail property. Initial presentation and discussion.
  • Chevy Chase Civic Site Redevelopment Discussion. ANC3C is an affected ANC. ANC3C does not have a Community Center, so this is, in effect, our community center. Nor does ANC3C have DC-owned land suitable for new affordable housing. Therefore, ANC3C has a vested interest in the outcome of the land disposition and development plans in Chevy Chase.
