The meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Monday, April 7, beginning at 6:30pm online.

PZHED Draft Agenda –

• Center for Hellenic Studies (3100 Whitehaven St, NW) – Campus Plan Renewal
• ABCA Application Retailer’s Class “CX” Multipurpose – 3426 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. – TBD – Uptown, LLC – NATURE OF OPERATION: A multipurpose establishment that will serve as a cultural art center for immersive art, performance, and theatrical experiences. Seating Capacity of 25. Total Occupancy Load of 350.
• ABCA Application Retailer’s Class “C” Restaurant – 2619 Connecticut Avenue, N.W – Yours Café – Yours, LLC – NATURE OF OPERATION: New Class C Restaurant with an indoor seating capacity of 98, a Summer Garden with 28 Seats, and a Total Occupancy Load of 170. The Licensee is also requesting the Alcohol Carry–out and Delivery Endorsement, Holiday Extension of Hours Endorsement, and an Entertainment Endorsement to provide Live Entertainment and Dancing inside of the premises.
