The July public meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC 3C will be held on Monday, July 10 beginning at 6:30pm online. All are welcome to hear the issues presented below. No decisions are made at this meeting. Please visit anc3c.org for updates prior to the meeting. - Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) for Multi-Family Buildings by Building Innovation Hub (https://
buildinginnovationhub.org/) Presentation - ABCA Application – Buffalo & Bergen, 3501 Connecticut Ave NW, Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern (ABRA-124816) NATURE OF OPERATION: The Establishment will be a Tavern serving American foods. Total Occupancy Load of 120 with seating for 70 inside premises. Summer Garden with 40 seats.

Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3C serves the neighborhoods of Cleveland Park, Massachusetts Heights, Woodland-Normanstone and Woodley Park. Your ANC is an independent DC government body of duly-elected Commissioners who advise the government on a range of significant policy issues. The law requires that the recommendations of the Commission on issues and concerns on pending actions by government entities shall be given great weight by those entities.
