• Presentation by Office of Planning Regarding Text & Map Amendments to Create the Cleveland Park Neighborhood Mixed Use Zone [NMU-8A/CP] & New Woodley Park Neighborhood Mixed Use Zone [NMU-9A/WP]. Setdown approved at Zoning Commission June 26 meeting. Case 25-09.
• Discussion of ABCA proposal from Street Lawyer Services for license at 3400 Connecticut Ave NW to permit a cannabis dispensary
• Discussion of of Benches along the Cleveland Park Promenade (NOTE: Cleveland Park Main Street is sponsoring/leading this project)
