   1. Discussion of and vote on Resolution regarding an application for the closing of a public alley in Square 2068. The proposed alley closing will facilitate the consolidation of the Applicant’s property and provide for the development of a three (3)-story residential building. Revised/update plans. 
   2. Discussion of and vote on Settlement Agreement regarding ABCA application (ABRA-134075) for a new medical cannabis retailer license to be located at 2653 Connecticut Avenue NW.
   3. Discussion and vote on Comments Regarding 34th Street/Reno Road NW Traffic Issues.
