The ANC meets every month (with the exception of August). The reason we are calling a special meeting is to discuss and consider A Resolution Condemning Federal Overreach In District Of Columbia Policing And Demanding The Immediate Return Of Local Funds, vote on a direct expenditure for Cleveland Park Art All Night event support, and approve the July 2025 meeting minutes. These items otherwise would not be heard until our regular September meeting. All of these items are time sensitive. These will be the only items on the agenda for this special meeting.

Vote on approval of a direct expense in the amount of $3,000 to be applied to the invoice from vendor Roamer Productions to provide a Sound System Package, Lighting Package, and Stage Package rentals to support/for use at the 2025 Art All Night Cleveland Park event to be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 (5-10pm) in Cleveland Park. The event is hosted by District Bridges (DBA Cleveland Park Main Street). The check will be written to District Bridges who will facilitate the payment of this invoice for these items for this event.
