The January public meeting for the Transparency & Public Processes Committee (TPP) for ANC3C will be held on Monday, January 13, beginning at 7:00pm online. All are welcome to hear the issues presented below. No decisions are made at this meeting. Please visit anc3c.org for updates prior to the meeting. • Discussion on ANC Operations
  • Meeting dates for 2025/Jan 2026
    • Virtual vs. hybrid discussion – would need to be voted on at the 1/21 meeting
  • Officer elections
    • Voicing of interest
    • Draft formalizing roles and responsibilities for officer roles (i.e. who does website updates, newsletter, etc.)
    • Q&A
    • Formal voting at 1/21 meeting
  • Meeting notices
    • Consideration of alternatives i.e. placarding with posters & flyers in SMDs, changing listserv notices to receive from our list notice vs. emailing separately, other ideas to better notify the community are welcome!
