This Special public meeting for the Public Safety Committee (PSX) for ANC3C will be held on Thursday, April 11, beginning at 7:00pm online. All are welcome to hear the issues presented below. No decisions are made at this meeting. Please visit anc3c.org for updates prior to the meeting. The community is welcome to send agenda items to the co-chairs at 3C02@anc.dc.gov (Adam J. Draft Agenda –

• Discussion on an ANC letter on the following legislative items:
  • “Safer Today, Safer Tomorrow” Legislative Package by Councilmember Robert White (At-Large)
  • The Chronic Absenteeism and Truancy Reduction Act of 2024 by Councilmember Charles Allen (Ward 6)
  • Utilizing Partnerships, Local Interventions for Truancy and Safety (UPLIFT) Amendment Act of 2024 offered by Mayor Muriel Bowser
• Other Business
