The meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Tuesday, December 2 beginning at 6:30pm online.

PZHED Draft Agenda –
- Discussion of BZA application (Case 21400) for Aidan Montessori School (2700 27th Street, NW) – To construct a front addition to an existing, detached, four-story plus penthouse, private school building in the R-3 zone.
- Discussion of ABCA application (ABRA-134075) for a new medical cannabis retailer license to be located at 2653 Connecticut Avenue NW. The proposed facility with approximately 1,500 square feet of space will provide cannabis flowers, cannabis concentrates, and a line of edible products and home delivery services to registered patients in Washington, D.C. The applicant is requesting delivery, Safe-Use Treatment Facility and Summer Garden endorsements.
- Presentation of an application for the closing of a public alley in Square 2068. The proposed alley closing will facilitate the consolidation of the Applicant’s property and provide for the development of a three (3)-story residential building. The subject square is bounded by Porter Street to the north, Connecticut Avenue to the east, Ordway Street to the south, and 30th Street to the west in Northwest Washington, DC. The subject square is currently a parking lot located behind 3500 Connecticut Avenue, NW.
- Discussion of BZA application (Case 21398) for 3432 Newark Street, NW – To construct a one-story addition to an existing detached accessory building and convert to an accessory garage, located in the rear of a detached, two-story with cellar, principal dwelling unit in the R-1B zone.
