Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3C serves the neighborhoods of Cleveland Park, Massachusetts Heights, Woodland-Normanstone and Woodley Park. Your ANC is an independent DC government body of duly-elected Commissioners who advise the government on a range of significant policy issues.
