Letter of Support – ABCA Application Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern – 3504 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. – Cork Cleveland Park – DKMA, LLC – NATURE OF OPERATION: The Establishment will be a Tavern with indoor seating for 35, a Sidewalk Cafe with seating for 8, and a Total Occupancy Load of 45. Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement.

Letter of Support – ABCA Application Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern – 2621 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. – Tavern Eighteen – Tavern 18 DC, LLC – NATURE OF OPERATION: New Class C Tavern with a seating capacity of 48 and a Total Occupancy Load of 48. Sidewalk Café with 30 Seats. The Licensee is also requesting the Alcohol Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement, Holiday Extension of Hours Endorsement, and an Entertainment Endorsement to provide Live Entertainment and Dancing inside of the premises.

Presentation from DOEE on RiverSmart Homes program, which helps residents reduce stormwater runoff and improve our local environment. This initiative, managed by the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE), offers homeowners financial and technical assistance to install green features like rain barrels, shade trees, rain gardens, permeable pavers, and native plantings. Participants can also receive a discount on their DC Water bill after installation.
