The proposed alley closing will facilitate the consolidation of the Applicant’s property and provide for the development of a three (3)-story, plus penthouse, residential building. The subject square is bounded by Porter Street to the north, Connecticut Avenue to the east, Ordway Street to the south, and 30th Street to the west in Northwest Washington, DC.
