Safe, Sustainable, and Equitable Transportation Committee [Confirmed]

The May public meeting for the Safe Sustainable and Equitable Transportation Committee for ANC 3C will be held on 5/10/2023, beginning at 7:00:00 PM online. All are welcome to hear the issues presented below. No decisions are made at this meeting. Please visit https://anc3c.org/events/ for updates prior to the meeting. -Discussion of the future of the Service Lane
-Discussion about road safety and traffic calming on 34th St. NW/Reno Rd. NW
– Discussion on responding to WMATA Better Bus plan, specifically the removal of the 96 bus line
-Bikeshare station close to CP Metro and Klingle Rd.

Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3C serves the neighborhoods of Cleveland Park, Massachusetts Heights, Woodland-Normanstone and Woodley Park. Your ANC is an independent DC government body of duly-elected Commissioners who advise the government on a range of significant policy issues. The law requires that the recommendations of the Commission on issues and concerns on pending actions by government entities shall be given great weight by those entities.
