The ANC meets every month (with the exception of August). An agenda and draft materials for the upcoming meeting is available at www.anc3c.org.
As a neighbor, there are several opportunities to participate in an ANC meeting: You can make an Announcement, or speak during the Community Forum, or you can ask to be recognized by the Chair to speak during the Commission Business.

  3. Support of BZA application of (Case 21356) for 3112 Woodley Road NW- To construct a two-story with basement rear addition, to an existing, detached, two-story with basement, principal dwelling unit in the R-1B zone.

  1. Presentation by the District of Columbia Office of the Tenant Advocate (OTA) to inform about their statutory mandate and services
  2. Presentation by DC Office of Planning and Discussion of Text & Map Amendments to Create the Cleveland Park Neighborhood Mixed Use Zone [NMU-8A/CP] & New Woodley Park Neighborhood Mixed Use Zone [NMU-9A/WP]
These proposed changes build on years of planning work, including the Connecticut Avenue Development Guidelines, and will shape how our commercial corridors evolve in the years ahead. As part of this process, ANC3C will review the proposal, hear public input, and prepare a letter to the Zoning Commission.

  6. Setdown approved at Zoning Commission June 26 meeting. UPCOMING virtual Zoning Commission Hearing is December 1.
  7. ANC3C will consider a letter at our November meeting and is taking public comments at PZHED committee meetings to inform this letter. 
  8. Please plan to attend and comment or send comments to ANC3C at 3c@anc.dc.org and/or provide feedback on the proposed zoning changes in Woodley Park and Cleveland Park HERE
  9. IN PERSON EVENT Saturday 11/1 – ANC3C is hosting an Open House/Drop-in event with the Office of Planning on Saturday, November 1 from 10:30am – 1:30pm at Cleveland Park Library, lower level meeting room. All are invited to learn more, ask questions, and provide feedback.
