The February meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Monday, February 3, beginning at 6:30pm online.

All are welcome to hear the issues presented below. No decisions are made at this meeting. Please visit anc3c.org for updates prior to the meeting. PZHED Draft Agenda –

• Office of Planning kicking off zoning implementation of the Connecticut Avenue Development Guidelines – Maxine Brown-Roberts, Development Review Specialist • DC Office of Planning (10 min presentation, 20 min Q&A)
• BZA case 21244 –  2619 Wisconsin Avenue, NW to construct a rear addition and a second story addition to an accessory garage, of an existing, detached, three-story with cellar, principal dwelling unit in the R-1B zone.
