ANC 3C Wardman Park Community Engagement Meeting

ANC 3C will host a special community engagement meeting Thursday, January 26th at 6:30 along with the District of Columbia’s Office of Planning (OP) as well as Carmel Partners (applicant) for the purpose of the Wardman Park Large Tract Review (LTR).
The purpose of the meeting is for the applicant to inform the community of what the applicant proposes to construct, and to receive comments from the community, for an otherwise matter-of-right development proposal. The community will have the opportunity to ask questions of the applicant at the Community Meeting, as the applicant will be in attendance.
