ANC 3C March Safe, Sustainable, and Equitable Transportation Committee Meeting

The March public meeting for the Safe, Sustainable, and Equitable Transportation Committee for ANC 3C will be held on Wednesday, March 8th, beginning at 7:00pm Online. All are welcome to hear the issues presented below. No decisions are made at this meeting. Please visit anc3c.org for updates prior to the meeting. Minutes of the previous meeting are here. The community is welcome to send agenda items to the chair at 3C05@anc.dc.gov, a more detailed agenda will be sent closer to the meeting date.
Agenda

  • Return bike lockers to Cleveland Park Metro

  • Bus Parking for Zoo

  • Follow up from Connecticut Ave meeting with DDOT:

    • Advocating for wider bike lanes for families and seniors

    • Maximizing pick-up/drop-off and short-term parking

  • Advocating for free metro and bus ride for bicycle riders

The email will include a link to join the meeting as well as a passcode which will be necessary if you choose to join the meeting via phone rather than computer.  ANC 3C will not retain or disclose your email address.

Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3C serves the neighborhoods of Cleveland Park, Massachusetts Heights, Woodland-Normanstone and Woodley Park. Your ANC is an independent DC government body of duly-elected Commissioners who advise the government on a range of significant policy issues. The law requires that the recommendations of the Commission on issues and concerns on pending actions by government entities shall be given great weight by those entities.
